I created this desktop app prototype in the user interface course I took as part of a Web & Interactive Design Certificate program. Our task was to redesign a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) Interface. I chose to create a web app for Mint, the free budgeting software owned by Intuit. My main goals were creating a consistent visual style and hierarchy; and simplifying and re-organizing the information.

KEY PROJECT ROLES:

• Analyzed the current system to prepare for changes 

• Created low-fidelity wireframes

• Developed visual branding elements for app, including colors, type selections and hierarchy, imagery styles

• Designed each screen / instance of app

• Created working prototype and did user testing
